Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), road tolling and highway infrastructure investment in Zimbabwe

Over the last decade, developing countries have been promoting public-private partnerships (PPPs) as an alternative approach to infrastructure and services. This is done by utilising efficiency innovation of private sector enabling access private-sector finance through (PPP). Importantly, PPPs ensure more value for money than traditional financing options highway transportation revenue sources. The study qualitative, relied on extensive review written documents. In light this, explores utility efficacy in road tolling initiatives investment Zimbabwe.
