Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), road tolling and highway infrastructure investment in Zimbabwe

Over the last decade, developing countries have been promoting public-private partnerships (PPPs) as an alternative approach to infrastructure and services. This is done by utilising efficiency innovation of private sector enabling access private-sector finance through (PPP). Importantly, PPPs ensure more value for money than traditional financing options highway transportation revenue sources. The study qualitative, relied on extensive review written documents.
